I remind you of the importance of deep and full breathing to reconnect with ourselves. The regular practice of deep breathing and also its conscious use at specific moments (e.g. before and during your dance) is a powerful tool to balance our nervous system and prepare us for the dance.
If we appease our inner self we will also appease our dance.
