Through expressive and meditative techniques you will be able to live your dance in a more natural, organic and intuitive way. You already have all this inside you, you just need to give confidence for it to develop.
The workshop is suitable for people with experience in dance or body work.
Do you feel disconnected parts of your body when you dance? Are there areas that are very present and others that are not?
With this course you will be able to feel your body dancing as a unit. We will work and experience dance from its most useful component.
