Do you get very nervous before you go on stage?
In this post I give you two tips (in bold "two tips") to help you enjoy your performance:
- Conscious use of breathing, deep breathing at three key moments before acting.
- Focusing on a bodily point the minutes before performing, to prevent your mind from wandering. It focuses us and we develop a very interesting body mindfulness.
