Following my Silence Dance method by Belén Shana you will learn how to make your dance a moment of meditation. You will also experience a sitting meditation with a special intensity.

Of course! You can do it on your days off and increase the time of the initial preparation "We connect with our body and our breath": this will help enormously to make your body and mind more flexible in the mornings.
It's both! It is meditative dance following my Silence Dance method, with which you will be able to connect the two.
Of course! No problem at all. It is specifically intended as a preparation for the day, working on the energy of gratitude, but you can do it in the afternoon or evening. In that case, I suggest you make the body activation part shorter, to prepare the body for the night's rest.
